The acquisition equipment accumulates and converts the pulse signals sent by the cumulative pulse meter to convert the user's water, electricity and gas consumption. The reliability of a system that realizes remote transmission in this way depends on the reliability of pulse transmitting meter, pulse signal transmission and system measurement. Reality has proved that the reliability of these links can not be guaranteed, and there are the following disadvantages in the use of the Zhongchang meeting: 1) theoretically, the number of pulses output by the remote meter corresponds to the rotation times of the gear or pointer, but the field conditions are difficult to reach the ideal state.
